Fronts 40x30cm: a barred front panel that you fit into your breeding cage. It decides how you reach your birds, where you give food and water, and where you hang a nest box or bird bath.
Every front has a sliding door that you slide up. On top of that you choose what else you want: swing doors in the corner that open outwards, or flaps in which you hang a small bowl to feed from outside.
There are four versions, from the simplest to fully equipped. They are all the same size, so you can easily switch model later.

What is the difference between a sliding door and a swing door?
A sliding door slides up within the front itself. A swing door sits in the corner, opens outwards and gives a wider opening.
Can I hang a nest box or bird bath on it?
Yes. Nest box no. 1 and no. 2 hang on a swing door, on the outside of the front. The bird bath, small or large, hangs on a sliding door.
What are the flaps for?
You hang a small bowl in a flap. That way you give food, water or minerals from outside, without opening the front.
Which version should I choose?
If you mainly give food and water in bowls, choose flaps. If you often reach into the cage or hang a nest box on it, choose swing doors. If you keep it simple, the sliding door alone is enough.
Does this front come in other sizes?
Yes, there are fronts in several sizes, and some also in black.
